Registration and Payment
You can register for the event by clicking the ‘I want to attend’ button at the end of this page. The online registration process will take about two minutes. There are two options for payment: with credit card online, or via bank transfer offline.
After you complete the registration, you will receive the ticket via email. Please print a copy of the ticket and bring it to the Dialogue’s registration desk on the first day of the Dialogue.
Ticket Prices
Tickets are EUR 500 per person.
You can get an early bird rate of EUR 450 if you register by August 27th, 2011. When registering, under ‘step 3: payment details’, please type the code EARLYBIRD2011 into the 'remarks' box and click 'apply to order'.
The number of seats available is limited. To secure your place, please register now!
Visa for Travel to Switzerland
If you need a visa to travel to Switzerland, please send an email to china [at] ictsd [dot] ch with ‘Visa Request’ in the subject line and provide us with the following information:
the contact information of the Swiss embassy or consulate general where you need to go to apply for your visa
We will send you a visa assistance letter accordingly.

The Starling Hotel Geneva provides free quality transportation service from/to the airport every 15 minutes from 5.10 am till 11.45 pm.
You will just have to go to the Gate 3 at the arrivals and wait for the shuttle.
Accommodation and Travel
The organizers will not be responsible for arranging travel and accommodation for the participants.
Should you like to stay at the conference hotel, you may call the Starling Geneva Hotel at +41 22 747 0202 and quote ‘ICTSD Bridges China Dialogue’. The hotel will be happy to offer you a better rate, provided there are rooms available. Booking your hotel reservation as early as possible is encouraged due to the perennial shortage of hotel rooms in Geneva.
