International Political Economy of a Transitional China
Date: 27 September 2012
China in 2012 enters a new period of transition in political, economic and social as well as international spheres. The Fifth Annual Meeting of the Bridges China Dialogue in Geneva focuses on how Chinese entrepreneurs, governments, and civil society organizations contribute to sustainable development of China and the world.
Our invited guest speakers are composed of a distinguished group of business leaders, key policymakers in governmental and intergovernmental organizations, experts from academia and research institutes, and vocal activists from civil society organizations. Together they offer a comprehensive view on issues at stake with fresh perspectives from China, Europe, the U.S., as well as other developing countries.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to our sponsors. It is with their support that the Bridges China Dialogue series continues to promote this global partnership, providing a forum for engagement with public and private sectors from China and around the world, and bringing together leading individuals to discuss the most pressing international issues - how to help Chinese Inc. to go global and foster a sustainable global recovery.
The Bridges China Dialogue is a joint initiative of like-minded organisations from Geneva, Switzerland, Europe and China.
Partners work together to define key questions and disseminate information regarding this event so that the Dialogue may increase its impact and serve the community in a concrete way.
