Anne is the Global Head of the Allen & Overy LLP Projects, Energy and Infrastructure Group. Anne has worked on many of the landmark deals that have occurred in the Projects market including the first ever UK PFI project to close and the first UK Gas Fired IPP to be financed on a “Merchant” basis.  As well as advising on primary projects, Anne has advised on many acquisitions, secondary market sales of equity and loan portfolios and other structured products.

Anne is listed in Legal Business’s 50 Most Influential Women in Law, October 2007 and is a member of the Nuclear Liabilities Financial Assurance Board advising the Secretary of State on decommissioning of nuclear new builds.
