Ralf Schlaepfer consulted in the last 20 years many international renowned companies in corporate strategies, innovation and organisational changes. His consulting work benefits from his experience as a serial entrepreneur and seven years work experience as a lawyer early in his career. In 2002 he joined PricewaterhouseCoopers selling his company MAP Management Advisory Partner AG to PwC Switzerland. At the same time he also sold his Venture Capital Company A5Ventures.

Today he heads the Consulting practice and leads the PwC European network “Capturing Deal Value” that concentrates to assist international clients getting value of international deals.

His focuses in consulting are growth and innovation strategies, international merger & acquisitions and it’s implementation. Ralf has acquired significant experience assisting clients with international growth, new renewable energies and global transactions as engagement partner and project leader in Europe, Asia and US.

Ralf is member of the board of the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce, China Green Companies International Appraisal Committee Member of the Chinese Entrepreneurs Club, President of SALA (Swiss American Leaders Association) and has as a serial entrepreneur and business angel founded or co-founded respectively invested since 1982 in over one dozen enterprises (in the area of Sports, the IT sector and in Biotechnology).

Ralf holds a PhD in law from the University of Zurich and a MBA from INSEAD. He is a Swiss lawyer.
